leaves streaky marks on skin

Very disappointed with this product - especially considering the price point. Have shaken the bottle well and have applied to legs after showering. Half an hour later I have long streaky marks on my calves where it has naturally dried. Had to rub pretty hard with a cloth to remove existing residue. Am reluctant to use again and have emailed the company for advice on refunds as have only used the once.
